 Shibuichi is a traditional Japanese Copper / Silver alloy. Shibuichi translates into English as " one quarter " and the the Shibuichi I make here is the "Standard" 75% copper / 25% silver alloy. I use Continuum TM Sterling Silver in this process to Increase corrosion resistance. This combination produces a striking grey / white color contrast.

 Shibuichi is initially pale copper in color and quickly turns to a medium grey color in daily wear. I apply an oxidizing treatment that colors it to this grey before shipping. If the ring gets a significant amount of abrasive wear it can show a bit of copper tone but will soon return to the grey color.

As usual, I can not accept returns for oxidation issues.

These rings are made to order so please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

 These rings are made individually so each ring is unique and will vary slightly from what is pictured, Variations in color and patterning are natural features of Mokume Gane and photos shown are for illustration purposes only.

If you need a ring sizer , once your order is placed I will send you an adjustable ring sizer. Follow the instructions, then send me an email letting me know what size you have and I will get started on your purchase. 

  Upon completion of the ring, I will send you a photo of your ring before shipping.
